| This early 1920's dwelling located in the charming 9th and 9th area of Salt Lake was one of our first design/build projects. Years of neglect to the exisiting home along with the restrictive size of the lot made this project a unique challenge. |
In order to preserve the charm of this older structure we decided to keep the existing framing and gain square footage by adding an upper and main floor addition along with ample basement space. This was accomplished by excavating and re-pouring a completely new foundation and footings while still supporting the existing structure.
